1 cup cooked Beulah Land Tan or Beulah Land Medley Ecogrown Brown Rice
1 ounce crème fraiche, softened
1 tbsp honey
2 drops almond extract
½ ounce (of choice) of sliced almonds, chopped walnuts or pecans
Handful of choice sweet black cherries or dark berries of choice
METHOD
Blend together crème fraiche, honey, and almond extract.
Place the blended crème fraiche atop the warmed rice, garnish with nuts and berries. Enjoy!
