CAVIAR, RICE, VODKA
Crackers can be distracting but your caviar needs company. Steely, striking, and cultivated.
¼ cup cooked ecogrown Delta Belle Long Grain White Rice
1 tbsp preferred vodka
Caviar to taste (regional Kelly’s Katch Caviar is perfect)
Combine cooked rice and vodka. Press into a smooth sided short jigger that has been most lightly sprayed with tasteless cooking spray. Invert onto individual plate, top with caviar, and immediately enjoy!
